The number one thing that gets in the way of achieving your goals, in my experience, is not having clarity on what those goals are. Number two? It’s FEAR. Fear of making mistakes, making the ‘wrong’ choice, fear of looking stupid. Ultimately, these are all variations of one thing: the fear of failure.
Some of your fears may be very reasonable, while others are either unlikely or completely misguided. You’ll want to sort through these different types of fears so that you can begin to see which of them are imagined and which need to be dealt with.
