Payment is by credit card via Stripe, which allows you to make secure payments quickly and easily without leaving the site. A secure connection keeps your data safe while providing you with a seamless checkout experience. All payment must be made before the start of the coaching or programme (apart from free sessions, of course!).
Since my business is registered in the United Kingdom, I need to pay VAT on my coaching services. I’ve chosen to absorb this tax so that all clients, regardless of your location, will pay the same amount for my sessions and packages. When you choose your country on checking out, you’ll find that the tax amount is updated (and may sometimes be zero) – but the total will remain the same.
Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy
An individual coaching session will usually last for either 30 or 60 minutes. We each commit to starting and finishing each session on time. Of course, life is unpredictable and if you do need to reschedule, please try to do so more than 24 hours in advance.
To secure your spot in the individual or group programmes, you’ll need to pay the full sum (one-off or first monthly payment) or pay a deposit, with full payment when our work together starts. The deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards any coaching programme within 3 months of paying the deposit.
If we find that we get to the desired outcome before the full sessions have been used, then we can choose to continue to work on other goals, we can keep the remaining sessions for a later time, or if we feel we want to end the coaching there I will reimburse the remaining sessions on a pro-rata basis.
If you are paying on a monthly basis, you can cancel at any time. You will not receive a refund of payments you have already made but no further payments will be taken in subsequent months.
The 1-hour sessions or the 2-hour immersion sessions bought individually, if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the call, will be fully refunded. There will be a 50% refund if the session is cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of a “no show”.
For the 1:1 coaching package, there will be more flexibility but please nonetheless try to stick to our agreed schedule. This is important for your own results as much as out of respect for me.
I reserve the right to end the coaching relationship if I find that I am unable to support you in a way that is aligned to my own ethics and values while also giving you what you need. In this case, you will receive a full refund of your remaining unused sessions.
One-day intensive session
If you decide after the intro call of the one-day intensive that you do not wish to go ahead with the session, I will refund the full cost. There are no refunds or exchanges once the intensive session has taken place.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the programme, even though you’re working through all the materials on the membership site and attending the live calls, then let me know right away. We’ll get together to design a plan for how you can get the value that you’ve paid for – and take that One Step Outside the 9 to 5.

DIY course modules
If you find that you’ve completed a module and you simply haven’t got any value out of it, I’ll be happy to provide you with a refund. Just go ahead and send me copies of your exercises to show that you’ve really worked through the module and I’ll process the refund for you.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on eBooks unless the supplied file is faulty or a fault occurs during the download (if so, please get in touch).
Individual 1:1 coaching logistics
Our coaching sessions will be virtual, usually taking place via audio Skype, giving us the flexibility and convenience of working together wherever we happen to be. In my case, I tend to be on the move and so we will often be in different time zones. I’ve coached people in London and Cologne, Kuala Lumpur and Jordan, California and Taipei, so we can make it work, distance is no issue. To facilitate this, I use ScheduleOnce, a scheduling software that allows us to manage the booking process smoothly. You simply view the available slots in your local time zone and choose the one that works best for you.
